Kontoyiannis House

Kontoyiannis House is a traditional stone built village house located in the village of Kalavassos. Its origins are from the 1890's and it is of traditional Cyprus architecture. The thick stone walls have a lot of windows and the house is built around an inside arched courtyard. During the summer months the courtyard is filled with grape vines while in the winter it becomes a warm spot for open air lunches. There are four large apartments that can be rented separately or if you are a big group of friends or a big family, the whole house may be booked exclusively. Each apartment has it own balcony or private patio, offering privacy to its occupants Cyprus built oven and a barbecue area is available for guests to use.The apartments have a fully equipped Kitchen washing machines, air condition and central heating, internet access and TV. They are combined with a lounge and kitchen, private patio or balcony. Each apartment offers views to the picturesque surroundings or the peaceful courtyard.

Kontoyiannis House is located near the village square and within walking distance to all amenities and shops. Numerous restaurants and open air tavernas are to be found as well serving local specialities and wine. A new Spa and Wellness center is located in the Library Hotel where Kontoyiannis guests may spend time and relax at special prices.There is lot to do in the area and one outing is to walk among the fruit and olives plantations and pick up fresh fruits. The village of kalavassos is halfway between Limassol and Larnaca. The Zygi fishing village and harbour is 5 minute by car.
