Panthea Holiday Village is a complex of total 193 apartments, of which 99 are studios and 94 are one bedroom apartments. The studios and one bedroom apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all the luxurious amenities. The studios have an open plan lounge with fridge, kitchenette for self catering, microwave, radio, coffee maker, direct dial telephone, air conditioner, safety deposit box, hair dryer, bath or shower facility, patio or veranda. The one bedroom apartments also have an open plan lounge and are equipped with twin beds, fridge, and kitchenette for self catering facility, safety deposit box, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, microwave, radio, coffee maker, air conditioner, and shower for bathing, veranda or patio. Some of the one bedroom apartments have upgraded superior bedroom with additional facilities of water boiler, coffee machine, DVD, LCD TV, toaster and double bed. One can never run shot of any basic amenities in the Panthea Holiday Village.

Sports and Leisure facilities:

Guests can even find a corner in the beautiful Panthea Holiday Village Apartments for leisure activities in island type swimming pool, jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, children's paddle, massage and sauna centre. For sports facilities fitness room, volleyball and flood lit tennis court.

Other facilities like public areas, reception, lounge, games area, mini shop, and children's play room, internet corner with Wi-Fi and launderette for ironing option.

Entertainment facility:

Guests can enjoy the animation programs throughout the day presented on most of the nights of a week in Panthea Holiday Village. Other entertainment facility in the apartment is special theme buffet nights.

Restaurants and Bars:

There are many options of restaurants and bars for the guests in the Panthea Holiday Village. The Okeanos restaurant serves a wide variety of local and international specialties throughout the day with an extensive choice of local wines. It also serves a rich breakfast daily.  The Okeanos Open Air tavern restaurant is located just adjacent to the Okeanos Restaurant. It serves a wide variety of local and international varieties throughout the summer with an extensive choice of local imported wines. The restaurant is set in a bizarre setting which gives a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea and the stupendous waterfalls of the swimming pool.  The Sailor's Pool Bar serves the guests with a great variety of special coffees, exotic cocktails, favorite classic drinks in an amenable atmosphere. The Sailor`s tavern restaurant and bar is beautifully placed to give a sea front view serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages with snacks in summer.

Conference facility:

The Mermaid room in the Panthea Holiday Village can accommodate up to 200 people for conference facility. The Sea Horse room can accommodate up to 25 persons for conference facility.
