The property of To Chorio traditional houses consists of 2 apartments and 1 room. The apartments and room are designed in a contemporary style, reflecting the traditional touch of stones. The two apartments are Axyrona and Palati whereas the one room is named as Hliakos. As the guests enter the 'To Chorio' courtyard of the enclosure, they can find the Hliakos. The Hliakos room has facilities like a twin bed or double bed, a refrigerator, bathroom and a TV. The Hliakos room can accommodate up to 2 people. The guests can prefer to stay long in special rates. The Hliakos room is reasonably priced for large and small families.

In the background of the Chorio traditional houses internal courtyard is the Palati apartment. Climbing up the stone stairs the guests can find this apartment. The Palati apartment has one single bed and one double bed with another option of accommodating a 4th person in the premises. The apartment also has a living room or living area with facilities of TV, kitchen and dining area. Other facilities in this apartment of Palati include a private bath room and a fridge. There is also a self catering option provided to the guests of this place. A wood stove is provided if the guests want to cook, they can get their utensils and the necessities. The guests can avail wood from the office buy paying for them.

The second apartment in To Chorio traditional houses is Axyronas. If the guests climb the stone stairs, they can find the Axyronas apartment. This apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. It has a double bed with a feasibility to accommodate third person. The apartment is fully furnished with a living area, kitchen, and TV and dining area. The kitchen in the apartments leads to the small private terrace. The room also has a private bathroom and a fridge. Similar to the Palati apartment, this apartment has also been provided with a wood stove. If the guests require the wood, they can avail it buy paying for them.
